As a client specialist, Joan enjoys developing relationships with our clients while striving to provide them with superior customer service. Her role includes client onboarding, facilitating all manner of client requests and team support. Joan joined Baird in December of 2021 and has more than seven years’ experience in financial services. She studied business and communication while attending Henderson Community College. Joan holds the Series 7 and 66 registrations.
Joan is married to Mike; they have two married children and four wonderful grandchildren. She enjoys reading, decorating and spending time with family and friends.
